ScooterBLOG "Gift Certificate 400"

I bet you got really excited when you saw that post, thinking...wow!! A gift certificate for $400 dollars for Scooterbug Flair. Do you know how many hair pretties that would buy?!? Sorry...but it's the "Gift Certificate 400" to celebrate the 400th fan on my Scooterbug Flair Facebook page. BUT...two lucky people that comment on THIS here post, will be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift certificate and one $10 gift certificate.

Scooterbug Flair's 2nd Comment Game....
ScooterBLOG Style!!

I seriously had an absolute blast last month during Scooterbug Flair's first ever Comment Game on Facebook. Man...it was crazy fast paced and seriously funny commenting going on. I have the best fans around and LOVE that so many of you participated in the big event!!

Here's the deal. I want to hold another Comment Game in a week, two, or so. BUT, I have been hearing that Facebook itself has been shutting down pages. Seems they have a policy that does not allow for pages/businesses to use any sort of Facebook function to give away or sell items. That means, having my fans, er, I mean "likers" commenting on an item would be in violation of their rules.

So, I am going to do my best to set up a Comment Game here...on ScooterBLOG. It should be just the same as the FB style..only you have to come over here. Problem is, not sure if I will generate enough interest or traffic to leave the dearly beloved Facebook. But, I will also be posting each item over on FB, but will require the comments to be made under the blog post.

Hope that makes sense!! I will be announcing the date soon!! I think a Saturday night worked great, so it will again be a Saturday night event.

Vintage

I have fallen in love with these vintage styled headbands and just had to give it a try. They are amazing when used as photography props. The pictures are just STUNNING (Ahem..please note that I am NOT a photographer, so it can be so much better!) !! My daughter slowly came around to the idea of "modeling" it and grew to like this piece I have called "The Michelle". Rolled Fabric roses in brown and pinks with a touch of chiffon and feather create this, my debut piece. I'm warning you...I'm hooked, so more to come!!!

Ostrich Flair!

Ahh...LOVE this new creation. Took the elegant Ranunculus and paired with some ostrich. Looks amazing on Newsboy hats. Pictured is the green on gray, but so many colors to choose from! What do you think?
