I bet you got really excited when you saw that post, thinking...wow!! A gift certificate for $400 dollars for Scooterbug Flair. Do you know how many hair pretties that would buy?!? Sorry...but it's the "Gift Certificate 400" to celebrate the 400th fan on my Scooterbug Flair Facebook page.
